All orders within Windsor-Essex qualify for free local delivery.

Delivery days are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. *subject to change

Orders Outside of Windsor-Essex

We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping. All orders outside Windsor-Essex ships through Canada Post. You will be provided with tracking info once order is fulfilled.

Returns

14 Days to Return

If you are unhappy with your purchase, no worries! Ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Returns will be processed in the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Any Sale or Markdown Items are FINAL sale.

Custom Jewelry is FINAL sale.

Please reach out to us via email or Instagram if you have issues with your order and we will try out very best to make things right.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn (due to hygienic reasons)

  • Have no signs of wear or damage

  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

  • In all original packaging (pouch included)


Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Bronze Pigeon has the right to deny refund.

Return Cost

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

From the day your return parcel is delivered to us, please allow 48hrs to process the return. The refund will take up to 5-10 business days depending on individual card issuer policies.
